7/9 meeting

1.指導教授給我的研究方向是影像追蹤,至於用甚麼程式撰寫,需要我自己決定,希望大家能給我點意見,追蹤的項目,則是由另一外具有體育專業背景的學姊給我意見,我該開始看paper了
2.老師也要我去找出怎麼將很多組的二維向量分辨出最相近的兩組,但在這之前老師希望我去搞懂MLE,MPE兩種統計方法是甚麼

心得:下禮拜之後我的暑假就結束了,老師也開始丟東西給我了,感覺跟大學真的不一樣,老師丟問題給你,你想辦法figure out,不知道自己能不能解決,也不知道自己現在的決定是不是對的,反正就盡力做吧!


English Edition:

1.The direction of my research is decided : The Image Tracking. Now,I have to find out which program editor is suitable for the tracking. Otherwise, the objects I have to track aren't decided. I think I have to study more papers to figure out.

2. My supervisor wants me to figure out is what is the difference between MLE and MPE. Maybe the conceptions of  MLE/MPE are useful for me to write the program. Another question is how to find out the closed motion vector from many motion vectors, I have totally no idea about that........


Note: My summer vacation will be over next week. It's the whole new life and really different to the college! Supervisor give you some advices ,and all you have to do is solving  problems and figure out.Hope I can do my best to take the challenges in the future!

1. The direction of my research? (image processing, video coding....etc)

2. Wearable Instrument?(ask teacher if it can add to my research)

3. Are  there any NSC Projects for me?(how much will teacher pay me?)

4. When is the meeting time?

5. The advice about elective courses?

6. When will i get in the lab?

7. The resource to get better?
